I married my high school sweetheart, Lona Ingram the week after graduating from high school. We were married for 8 years and had two children, Kellie and Johnny. We were divorced in 1975. I remarried in 1977 and that marriage lasted 5 years. I married again in 1984 to my present wife, Kathy and we will celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary on Sept. 8th (thanks for the party!).
Kathy and I have one daughter whom we adopted in 1988. Her name is Annette and she is 18 years old. She just graduated from high school and will be attending Palm Beach Atlantic University in the fall. Kathy works at Roosevelt Institute here in Warm Springs and is the director of the rehabilitative driving program there.
Employment wise -- I worked for Jeld-Wen in Klamath Falls for 5 years and then went to work for Southern Pacific railroad in 1972. I started as a clerk and in 1988 became a yardmaster. I took an early retirement in 1993 due to stress related issues.
I lived in Klamath Falls for 37 years -- moved to Tucson, Arizona with the railroad in 1992, and after retiring, moved to Warm Springs, Georgia where my wife's family lives. We have a beautiful home that is built on property adjacent to my in-laws.
I play a lot of tennis, sing karaoke and take care of the home.
I love Georgia and life is great -- would love for any of my classmates to come and visit!
Looking forward to the reunion! John
