Visitor message: Went to Long Beach, CA and stayed there for 5 years, meeting and marrying the man (Bob) that I have been with for 41years.
We had 2 boys and a girl, all of whom are now parents themselves so now we also have 6 grandsons, 3 granddaughters and 1 great-grandson.
In 1972, we moved to Columbus, NE and set roots. Bob worked for GTE for about 33 years then for the company that bought them out and has retired this year. I am still working and being a grandparent. All of the family live within driving range so we see them frequently.
It took me about 10 years before I got used to the flatlands of Nebraska. But I still love the mountains and try to get back to the west coast as frequently as I can.
